App is clunky and not user friendly especially for the elderly.
Fast,easy, accurate to use
Easy to use.
Easy to use, and convenient. It actually provides better receipt and claim management options (e.g. add more receipts to a claim I opened yesterday, and is still being reviewed) than using the full web portal on a laptop (bizarre as that is).
